1. High-strength and durable structure
Adopt high-specification steel pipes (80×120×5mm and 60×120×5mm) and electrostatic epoxy powder spraying technology, which is corrosion-resistant, acid-proof and moisture-proof, with a coating thickness of 70~80μm, extending the service life.
2. Professional-grade safety protection
Fully wrapped buffer design: 50mm ultra-thick polyurethane cushion at the bottom + 20mm side protection, with 100mm high-density leather/foam filling to minimize the risk of collision injury.
3. Intelligent and convenient control
The electro-hydraulic lifting system supports remote control (optional), and the height of the backboard can be flexibly adjusted to 3.35 meters to meet the needs of different events and training.
4. Stable impact resistance
Each bracket is equipped with a 600kg concrete counterweight (20kg/block modular design), combined with the backboard's 500N/m elastic coefficient and ≤6mm center deformation recovery ability to ensure stability under high-intensity use.
Our basketball hoops can be used in senior level competition. It will not be distortion after withstanding the slam dunk. The Basketball ring has good character on the bending resistance. The basketball ring will not rotate after shooting on the ring top with static load force less than 105 KG on the fatest point of court. If the static load force is more than 105 kg, the basketball ring will downward rotate, but the angel deviation will not exceed 30 degrees, so it can effectively solve the shooting hoop stability and security problems on dunk, and can get back in right position.
